Olde Towne Medical Center provides quality cost-effective, coordinated and preventive primary healthcare to clients regardless of ability to pay.

Who Will Take Care of You?

• Care is provided by Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Dentists, Oral Surgeons and Dental Assistants.
• You will be assigned to a primary care provider (PCP) on your first visit. You will see this provider every visit.
• Meet the staff.

• Men, Women, Children
• People with no health insurance
• People with Medicare and Medicaid
• Families and individuals who live in James City County, York County and the City of Williamsburg.

What Will It Cost?

• The cost of your care is based on your total household income.
• Payment for services is expected at the time of service.
• Patients must pay $10 to hold a dental appointment and to see all specialists at OTMC
• OTMC accepts the following insurances: Medicaid, Medicare, FAMIS, Healthkeepers Plus, Optima Family Care
• We do not file for ANY private insurance,with the exception of Medicare secondaries
• You may pay by cash, check, MasterCard,VISA or Discover

Sliding Fee Scale

If you do not live in James City County, York County, or the City of Williamsburg, you will be required to pay full fee for services.
